Description Toowoomba Hospital has a requirement for a Locum Urologist from 28 July 2025 onwards to cover various leave and vacancies. 
  
Daily rate is up to $3124.44 per day  plus GST
  
Roster is Monday to Friday however oncall is required and will be advised to candidate.
  

  
  
Documents required  .
  
Please supply by return email the following for consideration:
  
  1. Locum medical officers confirmed dates of availability
  2. Current signed and dated CV.
  3. Copy of current AHPRA registration
  4. Two references – no more than 12 months old and at least one from a current position
  5. Certified copies of Drivers Licence and passport
  
  
Accommodation - self-contained accommodation during the period of this locum.
  
Travel - Return economy travel to and from Toowoomba is provided. If locum is driving their own vehicle, mileage can be claimed for the return trip at 85 c/km.
  
Medicare - It is mandatory for the locum to obtain a rebateable provider number prior to commencement.
